HOW CAN I SIZE MY TEAM?

We can assist with a few options to best fit your team whether large or small. We can provide specific product sizing information and guides to select your best size. For medium to large sized teams we suggest purchasing sizing sample packs for your team to try on. This will ensure the most accurate fit for your team but are also great to have on hand when new employees arrive! Part of your sampling order costs will be credited towards your bulk order. If you have a large team and require a sizing program, our styling team can assist in organising this. MY TEAM IS NATIONWIDE, CAN YOU SEND UNIFORMS TO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS?

Yes! We can ship uniforms individually or to various locations throughout Australia. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! If you're looking for a specific bulk quantity, we can provide a quote specific to your location.

HOW DO I REORDER?

We have dedicated Account Managers to manage your orders. Simply send your order to sales@brandwear.com.au or contact us and we can arrange a consultation to assist you in your ordering. For larger teams, we offer and optional dedicated online portal for easy team ordering! Additional charges may apply to this service.

 

Selecting a Uniform

 CAN YOU ASSIST IN SELECTING A UNIFORM?

Yes! We have a styling service that works with you to select items suitable to your organisation, brand colour palette and team requirements. We offer a complimentary branded mockup & style guide service to assist in visualising your uniform options! Just send us an email with your logo and requirements to sales@brandwear.com.au 

WHAT FORMAT DO YOU REQUIRE OUR LOGO?

We require your logo in a vector png with a transparent background. If you have the PMS colour available we can colour match for decoration. 

 

Orders and Returns

 HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can purchase undecorated items directly through our online store. For bulk orders, decorated/custom orders or for a more personalised service please contact sales@brandwear.com.au and one of the team will be in touch and glad to assist. 

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you don't need an account. If you're ordering decorated items, you will be set up with an account for ongoing orders and redecorating. 

WHO SHOULD I TO CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES?

Our customer service team provide 24hr quotes and are available to answer any queries you may have. Please email sales@brandwear.com.au

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR BULK ORDERS?

Yes we do! The discounts will vary depending upon the number of garments and whether decorated or not. Our bulk order discounts are competitive so please contact our team to see what we can do for you. Please email sales@brandwear.com.au

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AND ORDER?

For undecorated orders you can make changes or cancel up until the item is picked/packed for shipping. For decorated orders, changes can be made up until production commences. When items have been shipped or production has commenced for decorated items, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Fulfilment times vary depending on the type of order. For undecorated items, orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours and shipping times vary depending upon final destination but will usually arrive within a few days. For decorated items you will normally received your order within 7-10 days of commencement of production.

DO YOU HAVE A POLICY ON RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

Yes we do! Broadly, we do not exchange or refund for change of mind. Please refer to our full terms and conditions available on this website.
